Founded in 1973, Cambridge Zen Center is one of North America's largest residential Buddhist centers and a proud affiliate of the Kwan Um School of Zen, a global network of over 120 centers in more than 30 countries. Located just three blocks away from Central Square in Cambridge, we've been serving the Boston metropolitan region for over 50 years with authentic Zen Buddhist practice and meditation training.
Our 20,000 square-foot facility houses more than 30 residents and serves an extended community of practitioners.
