Cambridge Zen Center offers daily Zen meditation practice in the morning and evening, with a few exceptions listed on the chart below. Dharma talks are in person weekly on Thursday and also available over Zoom. Practice is free of charge; donations are appreciated. Zoom is also available on retreats and the Tuesday and Sunday Long Sittings.

* Long Sitting is offered over Zoom and consists of two 30-minute sitting periods on Tuesday evenings and two or four 30-minute sitting periods on Sunday morning, with 10-minute walking meditation in between the sittings. You may join any sitting period during walking meditation. Optional kong-an or consulting interviews are held during Long Sitting.
Please note - Once a month, usually the second weekend, the Zen Center holds a meditation retreat. During the retreat, the Center is only open to retreat registrants and certain events over the weekend, such as Sunday Morning Long Sit & Young Zen, are canceled. Retreats are available on Zoom.
The Thursday Dharma talk is an in person event. It is also available on Zoom.
