Cambridge Zen Center offers daily Zen meditation practice in the morning and evening, with a few exceptions listed on the chart below. Dharma talks are in person weekly on Thursday and also available over Zoom. Practice is free of charge; donations are appreciated. Zoom is also available on retreats and the Tuesday and Sunday Long Sittings.

* Long Sitting is offered over Zoom and consists of two 30-minute sitting periods on Tuesday evenings and two or four 30-minute sitting periods on Sunday morning, with 10-minute walking meditation in between the sittings. You may join any sitting period during walking meditation. Optional kong-an or consulting interviews are held during Long Sitting.

Please note - Once a month, usually the second weekend, the Zen Center holds a meditation retreat. During the retreat, the Center is only open to retreat registrants and certain events over the weekend, such as Young Zen, are canceled. Retreats are available on Zoom.

The Thursday Dharma talk is an in person event. It is also available on Zoom.
