Our Guidelines have been modified:

In Person practice is available daily. For more details, please see the schedule

• Masks are optional, Vaccination is required.

• Attend only if you are not exhibiting Covid symptoms and have not been exposed within the previous 10 days.

• The center employs an air purifier unit during practice, to help ensure a baseline standard of filtration.

• The Dharma room’s fans, windows and air conditioner will also be used to increase fresh air and circulation as needed.

• Hand sanitizer is readily available
