A MEDITATION GROUP FOR STUDENTS & YOUNG ADULTS
Millennial Zen presents a unique opportunity to begin or deepen your meditation practice. Explore the basics of sitting and walking meditation with a supportive group of peers. Each session will include a short talk or reading about how to integrate the practice into everyday life. Refreshments and informal discussion to follow for those who wish to stay on after the practice.
